ACCOUNT MANAGER

About the role

You will support vessel management operations, coordinate charter-related activities, and ensure that operational information, documentation, and communication are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities related to vessel management and charter production.
• Communicate and coordinate with vessel crews, captains, internal teams, agents, and other operational partners.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor operational requirements and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Support coordination between the operations, charter, finance, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure operational documents and data are accurate, organized, and properly archived.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and communicating them to the relevant manager for resolution.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Maritime Studies, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in vessel operations, yacht or boat charter, marine services, tourism, or operational administration is preferred.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
