Functional description
Accounting, Finance, and Costing Officer
Tasks and responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
· Perform general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
· Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and customer/vendor reconciliations.
· Review and verify purchase requisitions (PR) and related supporting documents in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
· Prepare financial reports and schedule required by management and headquarters.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control requirements.
· Support internal and external audits by preparing required data and documentation.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding finance and accounting matters.
· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
· Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance department.
· Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Costing and controlling
· Support product costing, cost allocation, and inventory valuation activities.
· Participate in monthly cost closing processes and ensure accurate cost reporting.
· Analyze manufacturing and operational cost variances and provide supporting explanations.
· Monitor budget utilization and support forecasting activities for assigned cost centers.
· Prepare profitability, cost analysis, and controlling reports for management decision-making.
· Support cost optimization initiatives and enhance cost transparency across business operations.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, costing, or related fields.
Knowledge:
- Familiar with Indonesia local GAAP, IFRS.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, and internal control principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, preferably Ms. Excel, ERP System (SAP preferred), and Tax software.
- Knowledge of taxation regulations is an advantage (Brevet A & B Certificate)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Familiar with manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and controlling principles.
- Able to handle full set accounts.
