About the role
Admin E-Commerce position in a food industry company responsible for managing e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
Operate seller centers on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Tiktop Shop
Manage stock and data including sales records, stock reconciliation, and monthly reporting
Use Excel/Google Sheets for data management
Create product copywriting and apply SEO optimization
Edit product photos, banners, and promotional visual assets using Canva
Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, informative, and persuasive manner
Handle customer complaints and reviews professionally
About you
Bachelor's degree (all majors)
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce
Active knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their features
Proficient in operating seller centers
Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and stock and data management
Understanding of basic copywriting and product SEO
Ability to use Canva for photo and visual asset editing
Strong organizational and time management skills for multitasking
Honest, detail-oriented, communicative, disciplined personality with high emotional intelligence
