Admin Logistik (Logistics Admin)

Contract (PKWT), full-time, on-site in Surabaya

Salary: IDR 4,500,000/month + BPJS

Start date: 1 November 2026

Responsibilities:

- Verify shipping documents against purchase orders (PO) and delivery notes

- Escalate any discrepancies to the operations team

- Enter BPJS and payroll data

- Keep physical and digital files organised

- Prepare invoices and track accounts receivable (AR)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (S1)

- At least 3 years of experience in logistics administration

- Good Excel skills

- Nice to have: a logistics certification

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, plus standby when needed
