Bali Management Villas is currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee villa operations in the Uluwatu area. This role focuses on leading on-site teams, maintaining service and property standards, and ensuring excellent guest and owner satisfaction across multiple villa properties.
Gross Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – IDR 8,000,000 per month (no service charge)
Placement: Uluwatu, Bali
About the Role
The Area Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of villas in the assigned area, supervising villa managers and operational teams, coordinating across departments, and acting as the main point of contact for property owners and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all villa properties in the Uluwatu area.
Lead, coach, and evaluate villa managers, supervisors, and operational staff.
Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and inventory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, handling their concerns and requests.
Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with reservation, engineering, housekeeping, and other departments.
Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel or villa management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience dealing with property owners or external parties is preferred.
Able to manage multiple properties and priorities.
Willing to work flexible hours when required.
Must be domiciled in Bali.
