Kualifikasi

• •2–3 year of experience in B2B outbound/hunter sales or business development is required
• •Hands on ownership of outbound + full sales cycle (prospecting → close).
• •Experience with buyer qualification frameworks (BANT or similar).
• •Capable of delivering clear, effective, and persuasive pitch/presentation
• •Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
• •High accountability and resilience under target pressure.
• •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
• •Experience in a SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Strong critical/analytical skills
• •Result oriented mindset
