Cloud Solution Engineer

Job Description: We are dedicated to delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity and cloud solutions. As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a Cybersecurity & Cloud Solution Engineer for our Indonesia branch to support technical sales activities and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during pre-sales activities.

● Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity and cloud solutions.

● Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner.

● Provide technical consultations, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to clients.

● Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and product) to ensure successful solution delivery.

● Assist in preparing technical documents, proposals, and solution architectures.

● Occasionally provide technical support or answer inquiries outside of regular working hours when necessary.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Engineer or Pre-Sales in IT-related fields (Cloud, Server, DDoS Protection, WAF, CDN, Security Firewall, etc.).

● Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cloud technologies is highly preferred.

● Proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

● Good teamwork and communication skills.

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues efficiently.

● Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Candidates with AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be preferred.
