Arrange utilities, internet, equipment, linen, amenities and operating supplies.
Oversee service quality, preventive maintenance and owner communication.
Drive rental performance
Develop short-term and long-term rental strategies.
Establish OTA listings, direct booking channels, social media marketing and distribution partnerships.
Manage occupancy, average daily rate, operating costs and net rental returns.
Deliver a strong guest and tenant experience, supported by effective booking, leasing and review management processes.
About you
You have built or launched operations and are comfortable moving between commercial decisions and on-site details.
You will bring:
Senior operational experience in villa management, hospitality, serviced apartments or property and rental management.
A track record of opening properties, establishing teams or building a business from the ground up.
Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting and profit and loss responsibility.
Practical knowledge of OTAs, revenue management, property operations and service standards.
The ability to recruit people, implement systems and manage suppliers and local relationships.
A hands-on approach, sound judgement and a long-term commitment to building the company.
Experience in Bali or Indonesia is strongly preferred. The role requires an on-the-ground presence in Bali.
What we offer
A founding leadership role with an initial portfolio from Wahi’s development pipeline.
The opportunity to shape the company’s strategy, team, systems and culture.
Direct collaboration with Wahi’s founders and room to grow with the portfolio.
Compensation and co-founder participation to be discussed based on experience and alignment.
How to apply
Please submit your CV and a brief introduction outlining an operation you have helped build, the scale of your responsibilities, and your relevant experience in Bali or Indonesia. Include your availability and compensation expectations.
