About the role
This role involves managing and overseeing the entire financial and accounting functions of the company, including transaction management, financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor transactions, including payments and collections
Create tax invoices and send to external parties
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and manage company cash flow
Analyze and resolve accounting issues
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (PSAK)
Oversee cash flow and ensure company financial health
Prepare and control budgets and monitor operational cost realization
Manage tax reports, including periodic and annual tax filings (SPT)
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting
Understanding of accounting journals
Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and tax regulations
Analytical and detail-oriented capabilities
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Meticulous, careful, and able to work under pressure
