Finance Staff

About the role

You will be responsible for supporting finance and operational processes by ensuring transactions are processed accurately, records are properly maintained, and business activities are completed efficiently. You will also collaborate with internal teams and communicate with overseas stakeholders in English to ensure smooth financial and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levels.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data integrity.

• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders.

• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operational activities.

• Perform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.

• Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Operations, Shared Services, or BPO are encouraged to apply.

• Confident in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with overseas clients and stakeholders.

• Experience processing financial transactions, reconciliations, invoices, operational tasks, or other high-volume administrative processes is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a Shared Services, BPO, Multinational Company (MNC), or client-facing environment will be considered an advantage

• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Willing to be based in BSD City and/or Central Jakarta.
