About the role

Retail Ponsel Indonesia is a company located in Jakarta Pusat engaged in the trade of electronic devices, particularly Apple smartphones (iPhone). This role involves financial transaction management, vendor and employee payment processing, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and reconcile incoming and outgoing cash transactions
• Process vendor bill payments, taxes, employee salaries, and manage petty cash
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly financial reports accurately
• Assist in controlling budgets and monitoring expenditures of other departments

About you

• Minimum S1 education (preferably in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics or Banking)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Finance Staff
• Expertise in financial report analysis and taxation
• Deep understanding of applicable tax regulations in Indonesia
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Expertise in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and cash flow
• Meticulous, diligent and honest
