PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for a highly motivated and confident Host Live Streaming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions to promote and sell our food products across digital platforms. Responsibilities: Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions to promote and sell food products Present menu items clearly, including ingredients, taste, and promotions to attract customers Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions and responding to comments professionally Create a lively and persuasive atmosphere to drive sales during live sessions Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live content, promotions, and campaign strategies Stay updated on live streaming trends and audience preferences to improve engagement and performance Monitor live session performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Host, Sales Promoter, or similar role (preferably in F&B or retail) Confident on camera with a pleasant appearance and strong communication skills Strong selling and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset Able to think quickly and respond to audience interactions in real-time Familiar with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, e-commerce, etc.) Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to work independently and as part of a team PLACEMENT: Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara.
