Job Descriptions:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through field observations, assessments, feedback, and business reviews.
Analyze customer, market, competitor, and industry insights to identify capability gaps.
Identify learning priorities across retail, distributor, fleet, mechanic, and OEM segments.
Develop and update training curricula, learning pathways, competency matrices, and certification programs.
Create training modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, case studies, and job aids.
Develop and manage digital learning content for LMS, webinars, microlearning, and videos.
Maintain LMS and digital learning content, utilizing digital tools and AI where relevant.
Develop training dashboards and reports to monitor implementation, coverage, learning hours, certification, and results.
Evaluate training effectiveness and capability improvement through assessments, feedback, and field application.
Facilitate training, workshops, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions, while gathering insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Engineering, Communication, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in L&D, Training, Curriculum Development, HR Development, Sales Support, or related functions.
Experience developing training materials, learning content, presentations, reports, or dashboards.
Experience with LMS, digital learning, or learning databases is an advantage.
Experience in automotive, tire, FMCG, retail, dealership, distribution, or customer service is preferred.
Understanding of sales, customer service, retail, distributor, or commercial operations.
Awareness of digitalization, AI, EV/future mobility, customer experience, and modern selling.
