Kualifikasi

• •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• •1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical IT Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development, product development, or e-commerce environments.
• •Proven track record in managing cross-functional technical teams (Product Owners, Backend, Frontend, and Mobile Developers).
• •Strong technical background with solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), APIs, and system/mobile integrations.
• •Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence.
• •Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• •Ability to work effectively under tight project schedules and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• •Willingness to work on-site/hybrid in West Jakarta.
