Junior Business Development Executive

As a Jr Business Development Executive, you'll help turn real client needs into clear learning and workforce solutions. You'll work closely with the Business Development team and senior management on live enterprise opportunities—from understanding what a client actually needs to shaping the solution and building a proposal that wins their confidence.

This is an entry-level role, but not one where you'll sit on the sidelines. You'll work on real opportunities with real clients, take ownership of meaningful parts of the proposal process, and get direct feedback from experienced BD team members and senior management along the way.

In particular, you will:

• Understand client needs. Read client briefs, join discussions, and dig into the underlying business, capability, and workforce challenges behind what they're asking for.
• Shape learning solutions. Translate client needs into relevant programs using RevoU's existing expertise, curriculum, and capabilities—adapting them to the specific context of each client.
• Build compelling proposals. Develop clear, structured, and well-designed proposal decks that make complex solutions easy for clients to understand and get excited about.
• Research and strengthen the solution. Research clients, industries, and workforce trends to bring relevant insights into proposals and help the team build stronger recommendations.
• Use AI to work better. Use AI tools extensively for research, structuring ideas, and accelerating proposal development—while knowing when to validate, challenge, or refine AI-generated output.
• Keep deals moving. Organize and track the information, documents, and requirements each opportunity needs, making sure nothing gets lost or slows down the process.
• Work with senior stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the senior Business Development team and senior management on live enterprise opportunities, receiving direct feedback and learning how complex deals are developed.

• Strong AI fluency. You don't just know how to use ChatGPT. You actively use AI to research, structure thinking, and produce better work—and you know when to trust it and when to question it. This is non-negotiable.
• Good design sense. You care about how information is presented. Your decks should feel clear, thoughtful, and considered—not like a generic template with a logo swapped in.
• Strong writing and structuring skills. You can take a messy brief or a large amount of information and turn it into something clear, logical, and easy to understand.
• Sharp attention to detail. A wrong number, inconsistent information, or typo in a proposal can cost credibility with a client. You take accuracy seriously.
• Curiosity about business. You want to understand how companies work, how they solve problems, and how they build the capabilities their people need.
• Comfort with ambiguity. Client requests aren't always perfectly defined. You're comfortable asking the right questions, making sense of incomplete information, and figuring things out.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. We welcome candidates from any academic background who can demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
