Key Account Manager (Food Service / HORECA) - Balikpapan

Key Responsibilities : 
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Food Service / HORECA business within the assigned territory.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new HORECA accounts to expand market coverage and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Drive sales growth by expanding product penetration and increasing share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales programs and customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and achieve agreed business targets.
• Provide regular updates on account development, pipeline opportunities, and market insights.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably within Food Service / HORECA channels.
• Strong exposure to Food Service customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and other HORECA accounts.
• At least 30% of previous responsibilities involved managing Food Service accounts.
• Experience handling multiple product categories is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in account acquisition, business development, and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of Food Service market dynamics, customer needs, and channel strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong achievement mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
