You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality online programs by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and continuously improving how we execute them through smarter processes and AI-enabled ways of working.
Reporting to the Learning Experience Manager, you will coordinate and support a group of part-time Class Managers, while working closely with the Curriculum Team, Product & Infrastructure Team, instructors, teaching assistants, and university stakeholders. You'll regularly move between day-to-day coordination and structured reporting, tracking class delivery outcomes, operational insights, and improvement opportunities. You'll also help maintain strong day-to-day relationships with our university partners, acting as a reliable operational point of contact throughout each program.
Today, significant parts of our curriculum delivery, student support, and cohort operations still run on manual workflows, coordination-heavy and people dependent. Some of this is intentional for quality reasons. Much of it is not. You'll help identify opportunities to improve these operations by leveraging AI and building more efficient ways of working while maintaining a high-quality learning experience.
In particular, you will:
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of our online programs to ensure a smooth and engaging student learning experience.
- Coordinate and support a group of part-time Class Managers, keeping them aligned with program goals through regular check-ins and structured reporting
- Coordinate with instructors, teaching assistants, subject matter experts, and internal teams to support high-quality class delivery.
- Help maintain good working relationships with our university partners, serving as a day-to-day operational point of contact for routine coordination
- Run the operational backbone of every cohort, ensuring programs are delivered smoothly, consistently, and at a high standard while continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we operate.
