As a Learning Enablement Executive, you'll become the bridge between curriculum, instructors, subject matter experts, mentors, and university partners. Your role isn't simply creating learning materials—it's ensuring every stakeholder is aligned so students receive a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
You'll work closely with learning experience managers, university partner lecturers, industry practitioners, product teams, and operations teams to translate curriculum into engaging learning experiences. You'll coordinate content development, facilitate stakeholder discussions, ensure learning materials meet quality standards, and continuously improve our curriculum operations through AI-enabled workflows.
Many parts of curriculum development today are still highly manual—from coordinating lecturer feedback, consolidating revisions, preparing teaching guidance, managing assessment assets, and tracking content readiness. You'll help redesign these processes by leveraging AI to reduce repetitive work while allowing our academic and industry experts to focus on what humans do best: teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
In particular, you will:
- Become the primary coordination point for lecturers, subject matter experts, mentors, and university partners throughout curriculum development and program delivery.
- Translate high-level syllabi into practical learning assets, including lecture materials, assessment briefs, grading rubrics, instructor guides, and learning activities.
- Coordinate the end-to-end development of learning content, ensuring materials are complete, visually polished, and ready for delivery.
- Lead curriculum alignment sessions, lecturer onboarding, milestone briefings, and teaching preparation before every cohort begins.
- Drive content quality assurance by coordinating reviews, consolidating stakeholder feedback, and ensuring revisions are completed on time.
- Work closely with instructors and mentors to continuously improve curriculum based on classroom observations, grading trends, learner feedback, and industry developments.
- Coordinate the production of pre-recorded learning materials, from script preparation through video production.
- Design operational processes that help instructors deliver consistently high-quality learning experiences across different university partners.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve curriculum operations using AI—from content review and feedback consolidation to reporting, documentation, and workflow automation.
