Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree of Law
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in corporate or law firms related to the property industry. Has experience in Real Estate, Hospitality and Retail Industries
  • Proficient knowledge of laws and procedures related to company legality and licensing
  • Proficient knowledge of legal strategies related to corporations which are not limited to: acquisitions, mergers, consolidations, etc
  • Expert in understanding in terms of making agreements and negotiations
  • Excellent in establish good interpersonal relationship and communication
  • Excellent in collaborate in team
  • Willing to be placed at ASG Tower – North Jakarta
