Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Execute the procurement process for goods and services in accordance with the company’s Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and
• contract terms to secure the best value for the company.
• Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and conduct price analysis prior to vendor selection.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) through to the completion of delivery.
• Ensure that the entire purchasing process complies with company policies and procedures.
• Follow up on issues with suppliers-such as delivery delays, quality problems, or non-compliant goods-until they are resolved.
• Periodically evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, delivery timeliness, and service.
• Maintain good, professional working relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct cost analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
• Monitor market price trends, raw material fluctuations, and market conditions to support purchasing decisions.
• Ensure that all procurement documents-such as quotations, contracts, invoices, packing lists, and other supporting records are properly filed and complete.

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin (both oral and written) is the main thing
• 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Understand the procurement process, supplier negotiations, and vendor management.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PM (lunch break 12 PM-13 PM).
