Requirements:
Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Civil Engineering from Reputable University, with min GPA 3.10
Minimum 3 years experience in related position
Good Understanding AHSP, able to read 2D drawings / Autocad / Revit and MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)
Good Understanding the construction process in accordance with standards.
Analyze vendor price offers based on drawings and specifications.
Negotiate prices with vendors based on drawings and specifications.
Supervise information provided by users and vendors.
Monitor projects based on drawings and specifications.
Communicate and prepare reports related to construction work.
Excellent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Self Improvement, team work, Logical Thinking, and able to cooperate effectively
Willing to be placed and permanent lived in Cibitung, Bekasi, Jawa Barat
