The Role
We're seeking skilled online tutors to deliver high-quality lessons in Korean. This position is perfect for tech-savvy educators who enjoy leveraging digital tools to make learning interactive and student-focused.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online Korean lessons from Hangul basics to advanced grammar, with a pathway to TOPIK certification.
- Guide students in reading and writing Hangul using digital practice sheets and typing drills.
- Teach grammar progressively, from basic particles and honorifics to advanced connectors and idiomatic expressions.
- Develop vocabulary through online flashcards, quizzes, and themed lessons (daily life, business, exam prep).
- Prepare students for TOPIK exams with practice tests, listening drills, timed essays, and exam techniques.
- Monitor student performance using digital progress tracking tools and assessments.
- Deliver high-quality online lessons for diverse learners, including students, adult professionals, and individual learners.
- Utilize online teaching tools (polls, whiteboards, quizzes) to maximize engagement.
- Provide timely corrections on speaking, writing, and listening exercises.
- Maintain a stable online teaching environment with reliable internet and equipment.

Kualifikasi

- Bachelor’s degree in Education,Korean Language, Linguistics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of online teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Korean with excellent grammar, clear pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, or other e-learning tools.
- Strong digital communication skills and ability to adapt lessons for online delivery.
- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer/laptop setup.
- Patience, adaptability, and empathy towards diverse student needs.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain student motivation in an online setting.
