Operational Manager (Uluwatu)

Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Operational Manager to join our team and support the daily operations of multiple villa properties. This role will assist in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting the management team across all villas.

Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 per month


Placement: Uluwatu, Bali

About the Role

The Assistant Operational Manager will support the operational management of all villa properties by assisting with daily operations, staff coordination, service quality, and guest satisfaction. This role works closely with the Area Manager to ensure operational standards are maintained across all properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations across all managed villa properties.

• Support the Area Manager in ensuring smooth operational processes and service standards.

• Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving operational issues effectively.

• Coordinate with villa staff to maintain high-quality guest service and operational efficiency.

• Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Assist in conducting staff training and development programs to improve team performance.

• Monitor villa operations to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality standards are maintained.

• Work closely with different departments to ensure efficient coordination across all villas.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, or property management.

• Experience in villa operations or hotel operations is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Experience assisting with staff training and operational supervision is an advantage.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be domiciled in Bali.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
