Paramedic Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Primary Healthcare & Clinic Management: Deliver daily medical care, conduct routine health checks, and manage clinic inventory, medical equipment, and ambulance readiness.

• Emergency Response: Provide immediate emergency and trauma care, triage, patient stabilization, and coordinate medical evacuations.

• Occupational Health & Hygiene: Implement health programs, supervise workplace sanitation, and monitor infectious disease control.

• Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate clinical records, prepare health reports using MS Office, and uphold strict medical confidentiality.

Requirements

• Education & Licensing: Minimum Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active Registration Certificate (STR) and competency certificate.

• Mandatory Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Basic Trauma Cardiovascular Life Support (BTCLS)

  • Health Professionals Certificate

• Preferred Certifications: ACLS, First Aid (Kemnaker RI), ERT, or Basic Firefighting.

• Competencies:

  • Emergency response, triage, trauma handling, and medication management.

  • Knowledge of SMKP Minerba, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), and hygiene standards.

  • Proficiency in MS Office for clinical reporting.

  • Strong communication, quick decision-making under stress, integrity, and teamwork skills.
