Pastry Chef – Organic Kitchen Shop (Denpasar)

An organic kitchen shop offering delicious homemade products is looking for a motivated Pastry Chef to join their team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Pastry Chef with technical skills in creating various types of pastries, cakes, and breads. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of pastry recipes, techniques, and quality standards. Team management, creativity, and punctuality are essential in this role.

Responsibilities
• Create and develop new pastry recipes and menu items that meet the clients’ needs.
• Manage pastry operations, including ingredient sourcing, preparation, and presentation.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of pastry production.
• Develop and maintain high-quality standards for pastry products.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and promotions.
• Ensure all pastry products meet food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff as needed.
• Participate in menu planning and product development.

Kualifikasi

• Open for local candidates.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in pastry making, preferably in a bakery or pastry factory setting.
• Education level is not a major concern, but relevant culinary experience is a plus.
• Creative and innovative approach to pastry making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creating unique and delicious pastries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
