About The Company:
The working venue is in Tangerang.
Our client is an Multinational Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Search for and identify suitable vendors and manufacturers for packaging products
Request and compare quotations to evaluate pricing, product quality, and lead times
Coordinate with vendors to request, track, and follow up on product samples
Work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and product specifications
Liaise with the China Operations Team on vendor inquiries, product specifications, quotations, and sample arrangements
Follow up on sourcing progress and ensure timely communication between vendors and internal teams
Maintain updated records of vendors, quotations, samples, and product specifications
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers
Report quality performance, improvement progress, and key issues to management and stakeholders
Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency (ability to communicate effectively with expats)
Minimum 7 years of experience as Procurement Management in Trading and Manufacturing company in the Packaging/Garment industry
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
