About Client:
Jungle Padel Seseh is a sports and lifestyle venue in Seseh, Bali, bringing together a restaurant, padel courts, a recovery area, and a kids corner. The venue welcomes players, families, and guests throughout the day, and is building a strong on-site team to deliver a consistent, welcoming experience in every area. Join us and help shape the guest experience at Jungle Padel Seseh.
What You Will Contribute:
As the Restaurant Manager of Jungle Padel Seseh, you will lead the restaurant, including the kitchen and service teams, and take on-site responsibility for the rest of the venue: the padel court area, recovery, and the kids corner. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will keep standards consistent, control costs, and make sure guests have a smooth, welcoming experience across every part of the venue. This is a broader role than a typical restaurant manager position, with real ownership of the whole on-site operation.
What You Will Do:
Restaurant Operations & Team Leadership
● Lead daily restaurant operations across kitchen and service, from opening to closing, and keep brand and venue standards consistent.
● Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the restaurant team, and run regular weekly training and performance coaching for heads of department.
● Build a positive, disciplined, and collaborative team culture across all shifts.
Guest Experience & Standards
● Make sure SOPs and service standards are followed across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
● Handle guest complaints and escalations personally, and manage the venue’s ratings and reviews on Google, GoFood, and GrabFood.
● Support new menu launches and seasonal promotions.
Sales, Revenue & Cost Control
● Monitor daily sales, food cost, labor cost, and petty cash.
● Approve purchase requests and make sure procurement follows company procedures.
● Analyze the monthly P&L and take corrective action on any variance.
Wider Venue Operations: Padel Court, Recovery & Kids Corner
● Oversee daily on-site operations of the padel court area, recovery, and kids corner, covering staff performance, service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience.
● Coordinate with each area’s team and the Operations Manager on matters specific to padel, recovery, and the kids corner.
● Coordinate on-site logistics for events and tournaments, including reception, restaurant, security, staffing, and guest flow.
● Liaise with venue facility management on maintenance, utilities, and safety.
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Have

● Proven ability to lead and develop a multi-department team, including kitchen, service, and support staff.
● Solid grasp of sales, P&L, food and labor cost control, and purchasing procedures.
● Confident handling guest complaints and service recovery, with a hospitality-first mindset.
● Comfortable managing several areas at once, and quick to learn operations outside the restaurant, such as sports, recovery, and kids’ facilities.
● Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong organizational and communication skills.
● Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and based in or willing to relocate near Seseh, Bali.
Nice to Have (Will Set You Apart)
● Experience in a venue with several concepts, such as a beach club, sports club, wellness, or leisure venue.
● Experience managing online ratings and delivery platforms such as Google, GoFood, and GrabFood.
● Experience running events, tournaments, or family-oriented activities.
