Sales Executive (Horeca) - Semarang

Key Responsibilities : 
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the Food Service channel (HORECA: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product introductions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates on sales activities and pipeline.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Experience handling Food Service/HORECA channels is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Demonstrates a strong drive for achievement and business development.
• Able to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
