About the Role
Bali Comfy Villas is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong sales skills, experience in the Bali villa rental industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving bookings, managing daily sales operations, and expanding our villa portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales operations and booking activities.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries through OTAs and the company website.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and maximize sales opportunities.
Coordinate confirmed reservations with villa managers.
Manage booking records, payment follow-ups, and data entry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports in Excel.
Identify and secure new villa partnerships to expand the company's portfolio.
Manage the onboarding of new properties onto OTAs and the company website.
Requirements
University degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as either a Villa Manager at a villa property or a Sales Manager at a short-term villa rental agency.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including booking records and data management.
Experience working with OTAs such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar platforms.
Proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Must currently reside in Bali and be able to commute daily to our office in Berawa.
