- •2–4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- •Proven track record hiring across multiple functions.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •Structured and data-driven; comfortable working with hiring metrics.
- •Organized and able to juggle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- •Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- •Experience hiring for tech or startup roles.
- •Familiarity with Dealls' ATS
- •Exposure to employer branding, events, or recruitment marketing.
