About the role

Rutas Indonesia is looking for an experienced, organized and proactive professional to join their Bali office as a Senior Reservations & Contracting Executive for a DMC / Travel Agency.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and maintain relationships with hotels, drivers, guides and activity providers

• Request and negotiate supplier rates and contracts

• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships

• Keep all supplier rates, contracts, seasonal prices and booking conditions updated and well organized

• Maintain accurate and structured pricing databases

• Handle booking requests and check availability

• Confirm reservations and follow up with suppliers

• Coordinate all travel services and manage booking changes

• Find solutions and alternatives when services are unavailable

About you

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
  Spanish language skills will be considered a plus

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a DMC, inbound tour operator or travel agency

• Experience handling reservations and communicating with suppliers

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Good knowledge of Bali tourism and suppliers

• Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems without constant supervision

• Excellent attention to detail and time management
