About the role
Warehouse Administrator role supporting commercial kitchen and laundry equipment solutions company operations across Indonesia. The position involves managing warehouse inventory records, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring accurate documentation of all warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update warehouse inventory records accurately
- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods transactions
- Prepare delivery orders, receiving reports, and warehouse documents
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operational teams regarding stock movement
- Conduct stock opname and assist in inventory audits regularly
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of warehouse activities
- Input and update data into the warehouse management system
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Assist in arranging and organizing warehouse storage efficiently
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management
About you
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a warehouse admin or in a similar administrative role is an advantage
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Willing to work overtime if needed
