Warranty Admin

Responsible for supporting dealers in assisting in the process of warranty claims, monitoring product failure trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely claim handling and improved customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an adminstrator, preferably in the automotive industry

• Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking to assess warranty claim trends and propose improvements

• Excellent administration skill and well organized individual

• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook, etc.
